ESTELLA WILLIAMS

Celiac Coach for
Gluten-Free Teens

NEED TO GIVE UP GLUTEN??

I’m Estella Williams, and I was diagnosed with celiac disease at the age of 15.

When I was first diagnosed, I felt completely alone. It seemed like nobody understood how tough it is to live a gluten-free lifestyle as a young person with a social life! I had to learn from experience, and I made a lot of mistakes.

That’s why I created this program of videos, a book, and online resources…to provide practical plans for gluten-free teens and young adults. Get encouragement and “useable” advice from someone who totally understands first-hand how incredibly emotionally and physically challenging this lifestyle can be for people in our age group.

You can have a social life without harming your health, and I can show you how.

Approximately 7% of the US population has an intolerance to gluten...

that’s at least 20 MILLION people.

So if you were recently diagnosed with celiac disease, non-celiac gluten intolerance, or even a wheat allergy, you’re in good company!

But let’s face it…following a strict gluten-free diet is harder for younger people than older people. After all, teens and 20-somethings are often at the mercy of other people’s cooking…at parties, social events, sporting events, concerts, restaurants, cafeterias, dorm rooms, and friends’ houses. Young people are more likely to travel in groups, eat in groups, study abroad, or have “easy” gluten-filled foods provided to them, such as pizza, pasta, mac and cheese, cookies, brownies, cupcakes, and doughnuts. We are less likely to get to choose where our social group will eat and more likely to find ourselves in spontaneous situations that revolve around food and drinks.

I was diagnosed with celiac disease when I was 15 years old…so I totally get it!

If you’re feeling a little overwhelmed, don’t fret. I felt the same way…along with sad, defiant, angry…even embarrassed. But I also felt empowered because I had the ability to feel better again simply by changing my diet. I was in the driver’s seat, and that was exciting!

That’s why I became a certified Celiac Coach and created this program…so I can make all of this easier for you!

I’ve got you! Learn from my mistakes and experiences (believe me…learning “the hard way” isn’t fun). I’ve written a “quick-read” book, developed a comprehensive video series, and put together this website with links to lots of resources…and all of it is designed with teens and 20-somethings in mind. Plus, I’m offering one-on-one Celiac consulting calls…so you can get your questions answered by talking to me personally.

I promise…you can avoid gluten. You can feel better. And you can do it without putting yourself in a proverbial bubble.
