Ever wonder what to make for dinner? How about lunch? Or breakfast?
No need to wonder again!
Jennifer will sit down with you to plan out a week of healthy meals for you and your family. Food intolerances and allergies, any health issues and your likes and dislikes will all be discussed and incorporated into your menu accordingly. Healthy alternatives, nutrition information and new meal ideas will also be included.
By the end of the session, you will have one week of healthy and balanced breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks planned, as well as a grocery shopping list. Recipes for some meals will also be included.
